Peeling back the veneer of what makes Deep Cut’s hand made home decor unique, was essential to their marketing strategy. Simplicity is difficult to do well, and even more so when it comes to doing things by hand. Deep Cut is a brand that just enjoys things done the right way, even if it takes a little extra effort. To showcase how this translates into their products, I spent a weekend in their Minnesota headquarters documenting the manufacturing process and people behind the brand.
